oh yea......I went to make my ic on friday.........they said that if I did it on monday......my ic will be the new type.....but then.....since I was already there....I decided to do it......as it was the second time that I was there.......I took the photo and they sort of whiten the background till my eyes were really white too......then I missed my queue number......but then they told me that I could just go to any available counter.......so I went.....the counter was the same as the one sing ying did on thursday......haha.....the person must have been really amazed to see me twice......
